Emeka Chukwu is a renowned thought leader in digital health, specializing in technical interoperability, blockchain, and IoT solutions. With over two decades of experience, he has played instrumental roles in the development and implementation of national and organizational digital health strategies worldwide.
Emeka's expertise extends across various sectors, including engagements with prominent organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, UNFPA, KPMG, and Pathfinder International. He has also contributed significantly to academia, serving as a researcher at the University of Malta and engaging in computing instruction.
Currently, Emeka serves as the Senior Digital Health Advisor and Capacity Lead at HealthEnabled, where he supports the Global Digital Health Monitor in collaboration with WHO and stakeholders from over 70 countries. Additionally, he co-convenes the Digital Health Interoperability Network (DHIN), driving initiatives to enhance digital health systems' interoperability and effectiveness.
Emeka holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Malta. His unwavering commitment to advancing digital health technologies and fostering collaboration continues to make a profound impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes globally.
