Note: Observers DO NOT submit systems for testing or claim testing results.
Join the pre-event Observer Orientation (virtual): A short session the week before the Connectathon covers how to navigate tracks, follow demos, and get the most out of your pass. All Observers will be invited after registration.

Vendors, startups, and solution providers with FHIR/SMART-enabled systems
National programs or agencies showcasing digital public infrastructure components
Universities, research groups, and innovation labs piloting new prototypes
Any team that wishes to showcase a standards-based solution at the Connectathon showcase/demo sessions
Set up live demo stations during designated showcase slots
Present how their solution supports one or more track use cases (e.g., Immunization, ePrescription, MNCH Referral, Insurance & Claims, Medical Devices)
Engage with policymakers, implementers, and donors during demo walk-throughs
Be featured in the Connectathon Demonstrator Catalogue shared with participants and partners
Network with technical and program teams exploring real-world adoption.
Track briefs and mentorship on how to ensure conformance ahead of the sessions
A demo script and story board showing workflows, and FHIR interfaces
Access to pre-connectathon bi-weekly orientation and learning sessions
Access to all Connectathon plenaries, track briefings, and demo sessions
Listing in the official event programme and Demonstrator Catalogue
Access to networking and partnership sessions
Demonstrator Certificate of Participation
When you’re ready, proceed with your Demonstrator Registration below.
Submit a short system description (name, organization, use case supported, technical standards implemented) at registration. This can be anticiatorily submitted (meaning a system must not have implemented this at the time of registration).
Indicate the primary track(s) your solution aligns with (or intends to align with)
Ensure at least one technical representative is available during demo sessions to answer questions
Agree to follow the Connectathon Code of Conduct and demo guidelines.
